If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for an exchange or refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact. 

Please contact our customer service team to initiate the return or exchange process. 

We will provide you with detailed instructions for returning the item.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
